If you give a client 30 days to pay an invoice and it has not been paid once the 30 days are up you must chase it for payment straight away. Your client will understand why you have to do this and should not take offence.

If you receive an invoice from a supplier for things such as stationery and it gives you 30 days to pay the invoice ensure you use the 30 day terms available.
